Kindness Can Kill

I just saw a story on the news about a kid that weights 218 lbs. and is 8 years old. They interviewed the mother who details what the boy eats throughout the day including his almost every 20 minutes snack. She just can't stand hearing the boy beg her every 20 minutes for another snack. I'm really thinking that really is neglect even though she thinks she is attending to his needs. It really breaks my heart because the kids is missing so much of life.
